'If you’re into it, it’s in the V&A’ was a highly targeted campaign that heroed the breadth of the museum’s collection. We worked with curators to showcase 70 different objects across out of home, press, digital and social media, reaching the general public and the most passionate of collectors alike.

Then we got crafty. From book-binding to gaming to metal-detecting, we produced a series of stunts and hid them across the UK for enthusiasts to stumble across.

And we roped in the public. We recruited superfans to share their expertise on all things Taylor Swift, Crocs and more.

The visual language CATK developed for Virgin Media is based on the broad spectrum the service offers — Broadband, TV, and Mobile — connectivity everywhere. They developed a bespoke system that allowed us to be most flexible in the creation of the assets. Breast Cancer tragically takes the lives of over 11,000 women every year, that’s 31 every day, and our campaign aims to raise awareness and funds to ensure life-saving research happens. With togetherness at its core, the work celebrates the strength and power of friendship - with a call to arms to ‘dress in solidarity’ by twinning with your #BosomBuddies. Fronting the awareness driving campaign are 3 pairs of celebrity ambassadors - all with a personal connection to the cause, shot by fashion photographer Jem Mitchell.

This is the new global Martini campaign shot in Rome. I collaborated with husband and wife photographer/directors, Guy Aroch (97.4k+ Instagram followers) and Anna Palma (13.3k+ Instagram followers). We created stills and short video clips for OOH, DOOH, TV, Press, Social Media and so on.

Martini has a strong Italian heritage so it was a perfect fit to partner with iconic Italian fashion brand D&G. we featured some of their Spring/Summer 2017 season throughout the campaign. 

We had two sets shooting at once, each with a photographer/director, DOP between the sets and a behind the scenes drone.

Even though there is a Trash patch the size of a country in the North Pacific it is easy for world leaders to ignore, the saying ‘out of sight out of mind’ could not be more applicable than with this issue.

Almost a quarter of homeless young people in the UK identify as LGBT. That’s more than 20,000. Most of them are homeless simply for being who they are. Usually it’s their own family that forces them out. Or a combination of other things: from abusive relationships to work and housing discrimination to a lack of access to healthcare. And no one knows about this. The Outside Project helps homeless LGBT people get their lives back. To keep doing this, they need a permanent shelter. We want to crowd fund it for them.

I also had the opportunity to interview all the wonderful people captured in our film.

A generation is in critical need of help. Knife crime remains one of the single biggest challenges facing young Londoners today, with 21 teenagers losing their lives this year alone. The statistics make for grim reading. An inspirational new anti knife crime campaign for The Mayor of London by AMV BBDO, rises above the scare and shock tactics of old and employs a new, positive strategy to empower and champion this notoriously hard-to-reach audience.

Aimed at 12-16 year old Londoners, and as told from the kids to the kids, the campaign message is clear; LONDON NEEDS YOU ALIVE. DON’T CARRY A KNIFE. The #LNYA movement designed as a rally cry for kids and Londoners to get behind.

The agency spoke to young people during the campaigns development. Many were coping with issues greater than their young years, are role models to younger siblings and have a resilience that is truly inspiring. What was shocking to the agency was the little content out in the world that puts real value on these kids’ lives. They’re routinely portrayed as hoodies, thugs or wannabe gangsters and not the bright, funny, inspiring characters we met making the campaign.

The LNYA film is shot by directing duo, Novemba through Academy Films and stars real kids from schools across London’s worst knife crime Boroughs delivering their powerful messages to camera; telling their valuable contribution to the world around them and who needs them alive. Longer-length interviews capture some of the casts’ stories and the positive roles they play within their families and peer groups.

The print for the campaign employed a unique production process with AMV BBDO choosing professional photographer Tom Sloan to collaborate with two young photographers from the boroughs effected by Knife Crime, sourced for the shoot by Photofusion, a Brixton based charity working with young Londoners. The fledgling photographers were mentored throughout the project and given access to professional post production to help create the campaign. The aim is for the work to also be exhibited within Photo Fusion’s HQ and in City Hall.

Mainstream media has been replaced with channels aimed at young Londoners, with the films, interviews and images going out across Instagram and on street furniture sites across London. Stars from the Grime music scene are championing the LNYA message across social channels and a launch event on Nov 15th brings together influencers, stars of the campaign and The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan to push for real, meaningful change to the deadly statistics.

“London is the best city in the world, full of opportunity, and one of the safest. But too many of our young people are being senselessly lost to knife crime, and it has to stop.”
